Our Core Privacy Commitment

DocsSeva does not store your files. All uploaded documents are processed temporarily in server memory and immediately discarded after your result is generated. We have no access to the content of your files. No employee, system, or third party can view your documents.

1. Information We Collect

• Files You Upload: Files are uploaded to our servers solely for processing. They are never saved to disk, never indexed, never backed up, and are permanently deleted from memory immediately after processing is complete.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data such as which tools are used most frequently, page visit counts, and general geographic region (country level). This data contains no personally identifiable information.
• Technical Logs: Standard web server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and the pages you access. Logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes only.
• Cookies: We use essential session cookies only. We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral advertising cookies, or any form of cross-site user tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and return the file you requested (e.g., compress a PDF, convert an image).
• To maintain the security and performance of our service.
• To analyze tool usage trends in aggregate (never tied to individual users).
• We do not use your data for advertising profiling, selling to third parties, or any purpose beyond operating this service.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google AdSense: We display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.
• Google Analytics (if enabled): We may use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns. Data collected is anonymized and does not include file contents.
• Content Delivery Networks: We may use CDNs to serve static assets (CSS, JavaScript). These services do not have access to your uploaded files.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded Files: Retained in memory during processing only (typically under 30 seconds). Permanently deleted immediately after your download link is generated.
• Server Logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged.
• Analytics Data: Retained in anonymized, aggregated form with no individual user identification.

5. Your Rights

• Since we do not store personal files or create user accounts, there is no personal data to request deletion of.
• You may contact us to request deletion of any server logs associated with your IP address.
• EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure of personal data.
• California residents have rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
